You can attend Monday and/or Tuesday by using the links below. The webinar is given by the National Consumer Law Center (NCLC) will archived on the NCLC website if you miss the webinar. This could be very educational for us all as Amber Villa is the person most likely to end up with our recent complaint…….so we will be able to get a read on her present mind set.
